I genuinely thought we wanted to keep McCarthy until Moshiris statement which clearly shows we don't want him! because we wanted Sissoko.

Why didn't Moshiri mention Gibson or Cleverley?

some bad abuse of James in here from1or 2 individuals in particular.

thought we Evertonians supported anyone that dons the Royal Blue shirt.

he's an Everton player and it looks like he's here to stay for a while at least - better get used to it and get behind the player.

What even Niasse?

Couple of bigots is all mate. No place for their sort at this club or (hopefully) forum. Their sort always get a better reception at Anfield in my experience. Fingers crossed they go and support them instead. Their "culture" will be nicely integrated over there.

McCarthy has certainly lost his way over the past 18 months be that due to injury or just a general stagnation in his game.

Whatever the reasons are, there is clearly a very talented player in him as we witnessed in his first season (he was brilliant).

Nothing would please me more than if we could get James back to that sort of level again.

One thing is for certain though, I would take the current McCarthy over that poisonous trumpet Sissoko. I expect Spurs to drop alarmingly now. I thought the manager got rid of Adebayor due to his attitude!

Doubt he'll even be a starter for spurs
