Not for much longer tho.
been two months mate and not even a whiff of a story around him

even niasse has had links to him, no matter how jarg. Mcgeady just seems to have no suitors, just hope that 50 grand a week consoles him that he isn't wanted by a single club .

He was pretty bad at Sheff Wed, not even Championship clubs want him, he'd have to go to league 1 or lower, maybe Tranmere would have him?

Well, if someone considers drinking bleach then they should be sectioned and i would be surprised if they had wifi in a mental hospital.

Not sure whether you are a bit too serious for this site pal.

Maybe you should stick to Health & Safety and risk assessment forums.

Were losing ground on the 10 teams who finished above us.

Gabbiadini is rubbish btw....didnt get games on the wing or attacking midfield last season...

He actually only started 4 games in Serie A, but appeared as a sub (mainly about the hour-mark) in 19 more.

So, in 23 games, he got 9 goals.

That's a goal every 2.5 games. Not bad all things considered for somebody who would primarily be a back-up striker and would offer something different to Lukaku.

And we absolutely aren't Zat, are we, losing ground?

Who have West Ham brought in that is so brilliant? What about S'ton, or Stoke, or the RS?

Even Chelsea have struggled, though Kante is a good signing and Batshuayi is a good player (albeit not a striker who is going to win them a title).

We've already had an excellent window. Each one of our signings can be described as excellent. It is also apparent that we are not as attractive as we thought for players wanting he CL. In this regard I think we've underestimated the stupidity of your typical footballer. How many times will Lucas play for Arsenal or Witsel play for Juve? Ten a year if they're lucky, as they do a Lescott and waste their talent sitting on a bench . Fools

I wouldnt describe any of our signings as 'excellent'.

What a strange point of view.

I cant believe weve sold Stones and not made any big signing (yet)...paying double/triple Bolasies value doesnt count for me.
i get the lack of business until then, especially if we have given players like boliasie ridiculous contracts to get them here. I even get the reset in transfer business after walsh was appointed.

Just things like the lucas deal. Ok we lost out, but if that was one of Walsh's targets and we can't get them over the line then genuinely, how badly are we struggling? At the very least if walsh is identifying some spanish striker that no-one out of the country has heard of before as a potential great signing then i would have hoped we would at least sign them, if we aren't convincing champions league players to join us.

Just kind of leaves us neither here nor there. Can't get the players we ideally want, and struggling to get the players that are meant to be under the radar as well.

He played Davies in every game in pre-season. Dowell played in all-but one.

Pennington is out for 3 months injured. Galloway has got loaned out to get game time in the PL, playing under a manager that will improve him defensively.

If they were ready, they'd be playing. We've seen that with Holgate.

Wait and see....i am ultra confident that we will not see many players under 26 play regularly this season.

It is his wages as well. Just shows you the greed and arrogance of the game sometimes. He thought he was boss getting that big contract and now he is stuck at his club not even part of the squad and he isn't even 30 yet.

And if he had taken wages that reflected his ability and transfer fee then he probably be already playing this season,

The whole league has been struggling for years tbh. When is the last time that a PL club has signed a player from Bayern, Barca or Real Madrid, that they have wanted to keep? It's always the cast-offs or the failures that end up here, never the truly top players.

Yes it is. And harsh. Most commentators think Gueye has been terrific Williams a steal Stek a revelation and Bolasie outstanding on his debut. But you who support the club don't like any of them
