I'm not even going to try and convince myself ... nothing is getting done in work tomorrow. I'll be on GOT as per refreshing waiting for a club announcement, only to waste another entire day and find he is still here.

We have just endured one of the worst couple of days in Everton history.A derby humiliation followed by blowing another golden opportunity at Wembley. The cherry on top of the cake that was the latter days of the Martinez regime was enduring two of the most painful defeats in our history all within the space of 3 days.Im actually furious that his sacking hasn't been announced yet.Get out of our club now Martinez.

One last check in here before bed.

Still the same as last night.

NOUT
Only difference mate ...is........... she reminded me about our Anniversary .......... and I still FFFFFFFFFFFFFDD UP............... She's in bed with a cob on............. I have just fed my Barn Owl.............. who... surprisingly I get more sense out of ...... and I LOVE More................. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm funny old world.Oh... Sorry......... yeah .... same as last night.

It reads to me like he is planning his "save my job speech" to the board. He mentions Record points first year, Europe second year, and robbed in City semi this year. He is like a politician.

I just cannot subscribe to this "lovely bloke" description. Sure, first season you'd have let him biff your daughter on a grotty holiday, but hey, the sun was out and we were all getting soak.

This season he's chucked everyone but himself under the bus, bizzarley now started to criticise the previous manager (without any real prompting, twice in two weeks) , and refuses to resign .

There's just too much smoke without fire here. OK, Eto'o is a trouble causer .. and Distin... and Mirallas.... and Howard.... Err.. Baines... Er... Jagielka? What links them all - experienced Senior pros all apparently lobbying against him. I wonder why.

The boos "are for him" says the captain. He's not wrong.

Him being a nice fella shouldn't even be debated. It's got bugger all to do with discussing whether he's suitable for the job.

Look at the last two seasons, look at his inability to organise a defence, look at that performance at Anfield the other night. That tells you all you need to know.

At least David Moyes won a few derbies.Good god he was terrible in general against that lot across the park but i would take a couple of derby wins over none.Heck even Walter Smith could win a derby and a derby at Anfield at that. This clown turned a regular top 5/6 team into a regular 11th/12th place team. Those are the words of a deluded arrogant buffoon. The man quite clearly has no sense of honour decency or integrity.Just go away and do one Martinez.

Martinez has been faced with growing hostility from Everton supporters in recent weeks and after the Blues finished a “defining” week with two defeats, the manager concedes he must battle to stay in the job.

“I understand that,” Martinez said.

“We are a big club. Well done Captain Obvious. We won't be if your steering the ship much longer

“You don’t expect it any other way. "Please Bill , Save Me Please"

“If I had been given 10 years to work with Everton by being mediocre I would not accept that. We are a big club with big expectations and we have not won silverware for 21 years. Hahahaa

“I just want to believe with the work I have done for the last three years there are signs there that we are getting close to challenge for silverware and where Everton should be. I'm just chatting wham here but anything sounds good in a Spanish Accent

“We developed young players, gave them big roles, and they reacted and showed character, flair and drive in the biggest football arena. In the first season we had the record number of points in the Premier League and in the second the experience of Europe. Barkley and Stones are now scared to enter a football pitch but yes I've developed young players.

“We gave young players big roles and have not invested money but managed assets. Spent more money than any Everton Manager in History. Managed Assets?? Most of our assets have gone backwards

“We were very unfairly stopped from being in the League Cup final and that never stopped us wanting to come to Wembley. We were hard done by Bill, Please Save Me.

“There are signs in the three years I could have earned the opportunity to drive the club forward and I am sure we can fulfil our expectations and fulfil the dreams of every Evertonian. 72 points Remember that Bill

“I am very much attached to it.” I watched the 1984/1985 Season DVD , I know about History

Everton’s next game arrives on Saturday afternoon when they take on Bournemouth.

An irate fan ran onto the pitch and hurled abuse at Martinez during their last home game with Southampton but the Blues boss is not concerned about angry reception on Saturday.

Instead, Martinez says he is focused only on winning the game.

“There is 12 points to play for,” he said. Lol

“I feel we are a special football club. Special as in Keeping crap managers way beyond their sell by dates

“I draw inspiration from big, big figures from our football club and no-one more than Howard Kendall who always said as a football club we react in the best possible way. “Facing adversity today our second-half performance is exactly that. You Remember how Howard came back from the Brink Bill, I can do that too "flickrs eyelids"

“We all feel hurt and disappointed we are not in the final but we gave everything we have got and we should all help each other finish the season as well as we can. We're all one big happy family really, Even Mirrallas loves me

“We are not in a situation of crisis or chaos, fighting relegation. At least were not Villa Bill

“We are talking of disappointment because we have not the chance to finish high in the table. But we see young players developing quickly and understanding the big expectations to be a team that always competes in the late stages of competitions and always competes to get to Wembley. We want to get to the CL positions Please Give me another season. Please. The mortgage isn't going to pay itself Bill.

Inserted Martinez's thoughts into that interview

It's a real shyster trick. He just digs himself in further and further. Desperate to cling to the best job he'll ever get. How can he dare compare himself to Howard.

It's exactly the kind of crap you get new Liverpool managers coming out with to appeal to the masses. Mention/draw comparison to a past great and you'll have them eating out of your hands.

Sadly that nonsense doesn't carry very well here unless you've got the results to back it up.

Remember when he said we'd go to all these big grounds and play without fear lol

If you take the top 6 as being Arsenal, Liverpool, Spurs, City, United and Chelsea then we've recorded a grand total of 1 win in 18 attempts, that was against a dismal United side under Moyes, and who didn't win there that season?

Look................ nobody doubts he is nice fella............. we would all have a pint or a jug of sangria with him................. just ... at half time or in the Elm....... with him not being at the helm
