It was that what got me concerned. Especially when some lad posted a Wigan supporters theory from 3 years ago. It was spot on, even down to the league finishes he predicted.

The difference being, that we aren't Wigan and we won't accept the ruination of our club by a deluded one dimensional manager and a chairman who has had the wool pulled over his eyes.

Kenwright can say what he wants, but the way the fume is gathering momentum, I don't really see that he or the club will have much choice, but to press the eject button.

The press are all over it now, the banners are out, fans on the pitch, booing, it's only going to get worse.

They can put the brakes on it, by getting rid of the fraud. Did Moshiri really sign up for this ?.

Even with Bill chatting bubbles in his ear, he's not blind to what's going on.

If he has any sense (I know), he'll pack the defence and midfield and just pray for a 0-0 on Wednesday. He wasn't above doing it away at City, although he does seem strangely averse to tightening up when it actually matters (Kiev).

He cannot, under any circumstances, allow the team to go into the semi on the back of an absolute mauling.

Oh sure. Thing is, season 1 had us seduced.

Some will say they knew all along, but I thought he was the real deal. NEA. Even last season, he showed pragmatism around Christmas, the EL was pretty good, so slack was given.

But, and you can vault me if you want, it was when the body of his accumulated PL work was presented that made me realise his flaws, whilst not actually that many, were manifest.

He wont/cant change. His body of work is remarkably consistent.

Lovely bloke, I hope he will be accorded some affection as time goes by, because he has done some good at the club.

And I will wish him well in his next job.

I honestly think if he was kept on there would be mass walk outs to protest.
The board know Martinez is delusional and on the edge, I think dead cert he is gone after our last game.
Dreading Weds, used to look forward to the derby as win or lose we always had fight in us until this
flawed philosophy from a pub team manager was forced on the players.
I hope they ignore his instructions and just go for it on Weds and the semi, they probably have a good idea that
he is only a few games away from an exit

Exactly my point, Our latest share holder has made a massive investment in the club and it would appear that all is not well, so get it sorted. I know you have been behind Martinez and have been against sacking him, however I think we(EFC) have reached the point that the sack is the only option. yeah

This is a decision for Mr Moshiri to make. When we are about to receive a substantial outside investment for the first time in over 25 years (!) then it is only right to give that decision to the man giving it - Moshiri - is to make it.

If he decides Martinez is his man. Fine.

If he decides he wants another manager. Fine.

However, as I said earlier. My counsel to Moshiri is to not allow wastage of money. We want to spend well and spend and get real performance for it. (not Villa. Not Sunderland and not Newcastle or Liverpool).

Moshiri is the man to make the decisions and he equally should not be rushed into it. This is my point. The summer is the time to make critical decisions. Not when a twitter rabble are demanding it. Since that is the time you can make cool and calculated decisions on EFC for the long term.

@The Esk knows this is the path I advocate.

Agreed

He done it last season at home when we had a really poor run over xmas

We'll be sat back on the edge of our area for pretty much all of the game. For all the crap he spouts about playing with confidence in these matches it never actually happens.

We might scrape a draw, we probably won't. The only certain thing is him not accepting responsibility and apologising to the fans for any bad performances.
