So he says that mourinho and pellegrini are out of our depth too big to manage a club like Everton fair enough I'm thinking whilst listening
He then goes on to say that Koeman based on what he's done at Southampton could be the next Barcelona manager.
So if he's solely basing it like that then pellegrini and mourinho will be taking steps down from the (big) clubs going forward.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for managers like mourinho or Pellegrini
A club with a great first team,fantastic youth set up and probably a fair amount of money to spend.
On top of that they'd probably get a great contract plus I would imagine most importantly to them the opportunity to repair their reputations.

Aston villa had a cup run last year, where are they now?

Everything is now mate. Not bothered if it's happening on an internet forum but now it's happening at the game. Makes me feel uneasy how our fans are acting. Some people are even lauding an idiot who ran on the pitch and threw a punch at a steward just doing his job. I've seen much worse teams, much worse times but never felt so detached from our fans than now.
