That's not what I said.So the players have been against him since Pre-season then..

Winning the FA Cup would give us so much - end the trophy drought and get us into Europe next season. I can't see us progressing past united with Martinez still at the helm.
There is nothing to lose in ditching him now.
Absolutely nothing.
And so much to gain.
We have another fa cup winner at the club who can step in if need be.If @The Esk is correct and the targets are all currently employed at different clubs, we'd probably be looking at an interim until the summer. Think an Interim manager would do better? In a cup semi-final?

Roberto on the whole is a decent bloke. He got rid of the David Moyes were plucky little Everton mentality. He is a man who is of the mentality that Everton FC bow down to no one.The first season under him was brilliant. He deserves credit for that. But we have seen over the course of the last 2 seasons just isn't good enough. If or should i say when we win the FA cup i still don't see Roberto Martinez as being capable of turning into regular champions league/title contenders. There are qualities to the man that i like.He helped assembled a talented Everton squad but he has failed dismally to make the most out of what he has assembled. With an FA cup win he will be remembered kindly and it would be a nice way for him to bow out.He has to go though it's just that simple.

One that the fans would get behind massively and the likes of barkley and baines would look up to. He would probably install some everton passion back into the team if nothing else compared to what we have now

The key question might be could an interim manager do worse.
he is, and we're not.
Again (sigh) nothing, repeat, NOTHING, will happen in regards to the managers position, barring something spectacularly awful, until the summer.
At the earliest...
What makes everton special hasn't though.95 was 21 years ago. Footballs changed a lot since then.

Plus you aren't asking him to win us the league, just get the team up for the semi final and possibly final after that.
Or you could go and watch both United games this season and expect thst to turn up instead.
How mate? By not winning games? Poor performances, not scoring goals, poor defending?Yes?
