Genuine question, what are we waiting for? I can't make sense of it. Only possible reason I can see for keeping him in the job is if we're saying to him that if he wins the cup it buys him another season in the job, which is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned.

My view is it will be the end of the season, possibly after the semi final if we did not progress but more likely after the season end.

I think us sacking a manager while we are in a semi would be a bit of a PR disaster for the club

Agreed. Think it'd be a boost to the players and the fans. Let big Dunc or Joe take charge for the semi.

I really don't want to start actively disliking the guy, and I was genuinely trying my best to see the few positives from tonight's game, but then... He comes out with them cringe fest post match comments. How the hell can someone actually use phrases such as 'more than decent', and 'incredibly positive', to describe that? If they are his genuine thoughts and not him just trying to spin things then it's actually scary, he's bonafide delusional
