Where is our playmaker? Where is our left side midfielder? Why hasn't howard been replaced?

Manager failed to address these glaring issues and it will ultimately cost him his job.

Our team is over rated tbf

We have Barry and McCarthy in midfield, both so an average job,don't help with attack at all.

Jags is 33 and is slowing down, we have a kid in stones. Baines past his best this season and coleman is Ok.

We have robles in goal, where does he rank among the rest of the keepers so it now now leaves us with 4 attacking players, the left is a mess, no consistency. The right is Lennon who is good but that it, we have Barkley who is just not good enough to break team down by the week, needs to improve his forwarding passing. Should be next to a playmaker. Lukaku is class but sometimes he doesn't put the shift in for some reason. He not getting enough chances created by the team.

We have overrated our team and so had Martinez. Where is our playmaker? Where is our left side midfielder? Why hasn't howard been replaced?

We need at least 3 key players next summer

No. I won't find excuse after excuse. Every PL team has the same problem bar the rich teams.

Moyes had much less resources and still got 6th consistently.

Cant make out anything at all from the video, so its a video showing a fan and Martinez having a chat basically and none of the people around them are actually too interested in it either (bar the person videoing it all).

I do think Martinez is a classy chap and if someone had something constructive to say he would hear them out.

The right manager can do a job with the base of this squad plus done strong additions in the right places ....

I'm not convinced he good enough to be our number 1. We are one of the best teams in Europe and can do better. We can pay up to around 70k a week for the right player.

So, on Sunday we were one of the best teams in Europe......

by Tuesday morning we are overrated with average players and replacements required.

Another article refusing to put the blame at Martinez's draw. 'The rise of the also rans'?! Embarassing stuff from the echo, so is the assertion that the squad is stretched when Mirallas Gibson Naismith and Besic have spent most of the season kicking their heels. The bench most weeks looks very very strong.

They are happy to keep us in the position we are in now. That is why things like that banner at the match are so important. Neither the local media or sky have any interest in a successful Everton competing with Liverpool.
