Because maybe its Gus Hiddink who has a job to finish until the end of the season and then he will be no longer be in charge at Chelsea..
other than that I would say De Boer would be a good option

Nothing will save him. He has lost the dressing room and fans. Pathetic league form...

FA Cup win shall not use as an excuse to keep him because he will do even more damage to the club.

He has 18 months to amend and we are 14th.

Here's a thought.

People who don't think Martinez could take us down given the chance, how did he relegate Wigan? He dropped them down the league over a space of three years, which is exactly what is happening to us now. Teams don't normally just bomb out the league, they do it over a few years, for example the bottom three now are going yet 2 years ago they weren't. They were falling though so it's no surprises they have ended up the bottom three now.

This will happen to us. Considering we have one important player already making noises about leaving, the same situation will fall on us. Imagine taking this seasons form with the europa league after a cup win? Apparently it was the el fault we did poor last year, so it happening again would surely drop us completely?

You really want somebody to explain the difference between Everton and Wigan?
He's not likely to be taking us down by the way and they'd act like shot if they believed that. So I can't see how repeating that will influence anyone.
And every season under any manager we've had to listen to noises about star players going so nothing new there.
You're an Everton fan and you know we're bigger than any player or manager.
There's people with a lot invested in this club and they're not going to make decisions based on wild guesses about relegation and comparisons to Wigan.
I think if we want fans voices to be heard then it needs to be something relevant to them. Which is not to discredit any arguments but page after page of people egging each other on to say worse things about the manager won't influence a decision. But maybe it's fun. In which case I'll leave you to it again.

I was wrong about Kendall and many before me were wrong about Catterick. Is Martinez close to that. I don't think so. But if we're going to run polls. Let's do it consistently. And to fair it hasn't been done. Kenwright out Poll. Moyes out poll. Why now? What's the rationale?

We've all endured this for so long now, we want change. Leave it to there's nothing to play for and if you're going to run a poll and be reflective of all Evertonians, include a poll on Kenwright. After all, the only reason, Martinez still has a job is down to our still present chairmen.

There's a reason why 'page after page' fans are saying bad things about him!! Have you looked at the league table lately or even the form table?
Where below and around West fu....g brom Bournemouth, Watford, and looking up to Stoke!! Do you find that acceptable???

People are going to give opinions.

And that's a great thing, and thankfully we have sites like this do just that, But when you put a poll up there, like it or not. That's an editorial, because you're hosting that poll and as a consequence you have to justify it.

Do we really need it to talk about Martinez? There's been so many well articulated posts on here that have completely ignored it. So it's unnecessary. We're creating a stick to beat ourselves with. And furthermore hasn't existed previously.
