The one person that's to blame above all over is Kenwright, first of all he hires the bloke on the back of a relegation and 3/4 relegation fights previously (doing this whilst being a skint owner and needing someone who can punch above their weight in the league), and then after a good year at us he gives him a new 5 year contract, rather than asessing him after his 2nd season like the dildo twins have said they are doing with Bilic.
Seriously how idiotic is this bloke? Even now he claims "what a manager" then just 2 weeks later the club captain and another senior player come out and claim the changing room hasn't a clue at the minute.

I get the impression that the players don't back what the manager is doing anymore. Not revolting but simply not agreeing with the tactics. Granted they are going out there and playing them but it would explain where the performances are suddenly coming from where we aren't really doing anything. Same as the 3 at the back, the three centre halves haven't a clue where to be or what to do.
If I'm anywhere near the mark on that, it means even the darlings if the team will be considering a exit route if one became available. I mean what's the point in playing your game where you can't understand why the manager is doing what he is doing? If you know what I mean. Take Ross for example, loves us, probably last of the squad to want to leave. Except given the chance to say, work with guadiola and learn from his coaches, and challenges or stay loyal and go out and lose games under the current manager, there us always the chance even the most loyal could be swayed.
