The Liverpool echo have put a near 50 minute podcast up around the baines comments should be interesting to hear what okeefe etc. Have to say on it.

Let's be real here, Moshiri has seen success at Arsenal but more importantly he has been apart of that success. Obviously only a small amount of him being apart of it in the scheme of Arsenal ownership, which is why he's bought Everton, surely?

Maybe when he's been telling people I own 'x' of Arsenal, did you see them win this or that he's thought it's not all him and needs to do it for himself.

If he's got either his business hat on or his football hat on he will see that things are not right and we're not going to get the success that we as fans want and he himself as the owner will ultimately want.

Kenwright and Co. have only ever asked for avoiding relegation which Moyes himself stated on several occasions, I can't see Moshiri having that same view.

With the position Moshiri is in and will be in which the share options I can only think Martinez is not borrowed time if things don't seriously improve this last part of the season. By that I mean winning nearly every remaining league game and winning the cup.

But to be honest I hope he goes even for we did that.

just the messenger buddy

if think you'll see lots of this in the coming few weeks \ months judging by the way a lot of toffees are talking
Agree. Much prefer us to not worry about being a 'Kopite' or 'Geordie' and be vocal about it in and around the ground. Form can't get any worse.

To be honest it just shows how bad things really are. There's no arguing now even by his most avid supporters that this is going downhill pretty quickly now.

Moshiri will also be well aware that Martinez is the 5th highest paid manager in the EPL. I don't think he is going to be able to define a good ROI on that investment.
One would hope that a summer clearout is coming at Goodison with a manager upgrade, release of the deadwood, promotion of a few youngsters and a restructuring with the new manager at the helm bringing in some game changing signings. Rapid transformation of EFC has never been on the agenda before, its always been about moderately paced, low risk change. It will be interesting to see where this goes after the season's end.
