See you later lad.

Good servant to the club but swerve all this romanticism, he's an arrogant man who hasn't had the ability to back it up for a long while now. He has deserved at least 90% of the stick he's gotten from his detractors, which he himself made even worse with his "you have no right to criticise me" attitude.

If folk want to applaud him during the final game of the season then feel free, everyone is entitled to their view and some obviously feel more fondness for him than others. I won't be applauding him though because for me he's done too much damage to his own legacy over the past 18 months for me to feel sad about him going.

Good luck to him but he won't be missed, least not by me.

Raised the profile of the team, and has been a good ambassador for the club. At his peak, has been better than anything Joel has shown so far, but has been moved on too late. Should of went after the World cup.

Why do you even pretend you are an Everton Supporter.

...nothing more than a sad sad red bag of whorlies. Go back to RAWK and your profile there. or the Chelsea forum that you are so fond of.

I've had to report this post as I feel it breaches forum rules.

Completely out or order. Take some time off your keyboard.

Gents, cut out the bickering with each other, it's totally unnecessary. I don't expect you to agree on everything but have some respect for the forum and readers.

Confirmed or not, he's not going anywhere, can't see him catching the plane!
Heard his testermonial is at Prescott Cables FC ground so it will look full!lol
No need to wish him good luck as most players today get film star wages - he cannot be blamed for that just the management of the club extending his contract till the age of 39 years old, anyway he's leaving now to pastures new good luck to him at least we are getting a small fee to off set his wages a little bit unfortunately if this had happened Two years ago - none of his egotistical ways would have been exposed, and cost us many points in what should have been two good seasons!

He has been our keeper for a decade. Overall good.

When you spent your youth watching Neville Southall between the sticks then in your mind ( in mine ) no keeper we have will ever really be good enough to replace him but Tim was OK. On his bad days in my mind's eye I could always see Big Nev and wonder what the big man would have done.....totally unfair.

Best of luck.

Wonder if he will get a Good Bye appearance at Goodison? I think he should myself, won't do any harm. I know everyone wanted him dropped, but lets face it were still no better, Joel might be better, but the side can't defend, he wasn't the only problem...etc
Anyway end of an era, good luck to him, I'm sure he did more good for Everton over the years then bad.
