Player Valuation: £70m
if Soft Lad was manager of Spurs, they would be where we are in the league.

Yes buy they have bought several 20-30 million pound players who have all failed..Their best 2 players cost £4m between them. Squad and personnel wise, there is no material difference between them an us.
A decent goalkeeper and we would up there with Spurs.Lloris versus Howard, I give you that. But no way is Alderweireld and Vertonghen a cut above Jags and Stones.
Under Martinez, we'd conceed shed loads of goals no matter what personnell would be there!
With the money they got from selling Bale.Yes buy they have bought several 20-30 million pound players who have all failed..
I'm afraid it's all we've got mate so just enjoy the highlights..........Now I'll probably get negged for this, and I've said it before, but Everton & fans need to stop living in the past. It's fine putting up murals, galleries and celebrating amazing achviements but using them as excuses or reasoning as to why we should have this or won that just isn't on. Football fundamentally is still the same on the pitch, you still need to score goals and not conceed them to win matches, win points, win leagues and cups. We haven't done that for quite some time now and it's not going to change any time soon while the current board and manager is in place.
Eriksen and Lloris cost a bit more than £4m combined mate.Their best 2 players cost £4m between them. Squad and personnel wise, there is no material difference between them an us.
Dont like them. They're an unusual Spurs team. Only Eriksen and Alli are recognisable Spurs types to me. But they look more perspiration than inspiration for much of the time.
They're formidable. Apart from the odd flash of brilliance from Alli or Eriksen though they leave me a bit cold. Maybe it's because I dont associate efficiency with Spurs.I think thats the point though, they've gone beyond having the usual Spurs type players. Like us they are very dependant on Kane.
I think they look a very well balanced team though. No weak areas and in a week league consistency over brilliance plays an important role.

Especially the GK. That's the biggest difference.Well yes there's not a lot of flamboyance there. It will be interesting to see if they can continue to add that to their game. Eeriness and Alli are both young players and can only get better.
I regret to say it, but I feel they are built on far better foundations than us mate. Lorries, Vertongen and Alderweireld have been a cut above the 3 we've put in their this season. It gives them a platform to work on ahead of that.
Efficient is a good word for it. But they all look like they are pulling in the same direction to me. It's frustrating as I don't see them as materially better than us.
