He got the ball to an Everton player. Who cares how he looks if he gets the job done?
Everyone except you. That was pure good fortune. He's weak

He had Kane's shot covered ?lollolthe shot from kane onto the post he had covered if it was on target, and the ben davies shot was woeful defending from a corner...
Made three saves, came out to punch crosses (isn't that what everyone is screaming at him to always do?), distributed the ball well for once. What more do you want? Are you upset because he wasn't marking Dele Alli for the goal?
Lloris sees a ball played in behind the defence 10 meters ahead of him - comes out and snaps it up.
Howard sees the same - Stones lets the ball fall so that he can pick it up, he doesn't, then proceeds to let Stones faff about, remains glued to his line at all time, didn't even go slightly to the side of the goal to offer a pass to clear it.
Okay mate.
1st half mate.Stones was giving it back to the fans behind the goal, not Tim.

Fair enough about the first line I guess.Trying to have reasoned debates here, lets not finish posts off with snide remarks like 'okay mate.' please.
Lloris is a world class keeper, Howard is not. Lloris is renowned for his ability to come off his line like a rocket. Also the way we were defending with a much deeper line to spurs Lloris is a sweeper keeper unlike howard so balls past their defensive back line were more patently obviously Lloris'. Like I wrote after the last game, I'm not doubting we need a new keeper but Martinez's style means we dally with it with centre backs more than most teams.
I love when Howard gets criticized for not saving a shot that hits the woodwork. Really sums up the attitude of Everton fans towards him.He got beaten twice from outside the box (both luckily hit the woodwork), once inside which wasn't too far away from him, flapped at a cross as he normally does and - still - can't kick a ball.
Maybe - I forgot no one can say boo to Tim other than the fans RM , and the players are under his useless command of his penalty area!Stones was giving it back to the fans behind the goal, not Tim.
Good you've finally got the message!I love when Howard gets criticized for not saving a shot that hits the woodwork. Really sums up the attitude of Everton fans towards him.
