Martinez on Tim Howard: "At the moment there is a bigger picture, nobody has got their position safe.

"Everyone is fighting for their starting spot, and it's no different for anyone but we have to get better as a team. The competition for places is always there, there are a lot of games in the next few weeks. There is going to be a lot of completion for places."

I don't know if that his him indirectly telling Howard that he's getting dropped or if he's dodging it completely.

That the same Hughes who had Stoke do the double over us last season and finish above us, he also has then above us today after beating us and UTD in 48 hrs whilst having them in the all mighty LC SF and completely changing their identity? That Hughes?

I'm pretty sure I didn't say he was bad did I?

People will be along with names that are bad and unnatainable.

I find it hard to believe people think we have the money to sack and hire a manager at this point in a season.

But that's a different point too.

Obviously we got very badly done over again by the our friend clatz, but the question really should have been why he persisted with that crazily aggressive lineup after going ahead. It was a mixture of naive, arrogant, and downright stupid. I like galloway for example, but with him being so bad at coming forward, what is the point in insisting he bombs up out of defense. It baffles me. And he also needs to grow a set and call clattenberg out on what he is. No pandering to his professionalism. Professionalism lol? That's a good un.

Watch spurs have a field day against us. It could be ugly.

And that's because of Martinez, but things like defensive performance / winning 18 matches in 57 league fixtures isn't.

Ha ha ha.

Love it.

It is because of the type of football we are playing - down to Martinez IMO -that has the sold out signs up virtually every home game and our away allocation sold out.

Carry on with that and it WILL get ugly...

While I think Martinez has is playing great football, to concede 2 goals at home, to stoke, from a winning position is inexcusable. I hope the penny drops. I really like what the bloke is doing but that is not defensible

I want Howard out of the club

Still absolutely fuming

I'm going to go and play FM now before I start agreeing with @ianefc

Well I apologise, I thought you meant that we have it so much better, therefore Hughes is a laughable consideration. Apologies.

Hughes who manages Stoke who've spent more than double our net in the last 5 seasons despite never selling anyone for any decent fee? That Hughes? From that Stoke? Bankrolled by bet365? The countries biggest online bookmaker? That Hughes, yes?
