Roberto Martinez discussion

Moyes surrendered to the worst Liverpool side in 40 years at Wembley and people wanted to offer him a new contract.

Martinez loses to Stoke and people want full scale regime change.

We haven't been great this season and today was awful but there's a complete kneejerk from some atm

Moyes had been doing that for 10 years though, so it was inevitable which is why people took it on the chin

No I'm saying that a large number of people wanted us to keep Moyes for 5 more years while getting humiliated several times in big game's.

Whereas a couple of months of average form and Martinez is turned into some sort of anti christ
Couple of months? You have been hanging around Dave too much...he makes up stuff as well.

It's an accumulation of last season and the 19 games of the current one, not just one single game

We have won 18 league games from the last 57

We have conceded 78 goals in that time

It's simply not good enough for a side that has Stones,Baines,Jags,Coleman,Lukaku,Del,Kev,McCarthy and Barkley in the ranks

Nobody is expecting top 4 but to see us only 3 points above the likes of WBA after 19 games is shocking

I'm still behind him. We have to be anyway as he is going nowhere, realistically I think we would have to be in danger of relegation before we would sack a manager. I love some of the attacking football but it has it's drawbacks. We can sometimes be very boring and ponderous in possession when we're not on, but when we are we're more than capable of putting 3 past a team. I don't know what's gone on with the defence at the moment though, you just can't be convinced we're going to see the game out. As evidenced again today, scoring three goals is a signal of a good attacking team and should usually be enough goals to win a match but we keep conceding way too many goals. It's happening so frighteningly often.

We should be expecting top 4.

Performance's this season have been much better than last.

3 points of top 6 and a cup semi. A few tweeks to the side and this can be a good season still

Yes. You are absolutely right. And dont you forget it that ive been in your camp through all tough patches.

Some people have mentioned relegation. I'd say their has been a complete kneejerk from some

'There'.

And it's not 'kneejerk'. Fail to beat teams we should be demolishing & seeing those same teams win while we're getting beat or scraping draws...

Doesn't matter how pretty our game is...Nor the players we've got.

no such animal as: 'Too good to go down' - Even if I don't belive it meself. (And I haven't mentioned it)
