I would understand people wanting Martinez out if it were a game like Hull or Stoke away last season, where we were awful, if not agree. But they are top of the league, and before the match there was a lot of arrogance on this forum about how they are a flash in the plan - and they're clearly not. Newcastle are currently playing average so if we capitulate again to them, I might start to worry.

You say average but we had them away at the same stage last season in poor form and they beat us.

Tbh this season now appears to be following a very similar pattern to last - real relegation fears brewing

We have a 45% win rate under Martinez, 45 won 26 drawn 29 lost.

After that first season, a Moyes team drilled in good defence and playing good football, we are in massive decline.

The last 18 months, the last 12, the last 6 is where you want to be looking at for a true picture of where Martinez is.

Expectations are being lowered. The defence is a shambles and the team doesn't know how to win football matches against decent opposition.

He needs to wise up and change things otherwise there'll be a very valid argument for him moving on in the summer.

That was the most frustrating away match I've ever gone to - 3 mistakes (including a nailed on foul on Distin) and they scored 3.

We are not going to get relegated. I keep saying it but it's going to click and be amazing.

Look at the last 4 games. 3 points gained but who are the oppositions? No wonder we moan because I expect top 6 with this squad and it doesn't look like we are going to get it. Without it no Euro.
