He has averaged a win rate of 31%. Just think how bad that would of been without 13/14. Who knew the worst day for Evertonians in the last 5 years would be Wigan winning the FA Cup.

I would understand people wanting Martinez out if it were a game like Hull or Stoke away last season, where we were awful, if not agree. But they are top of the league, and before the match there was a lot of arrogance on this forum about how they are a flash in the plan - and they're clearly not. Newcastle are currently playing average so if we capitulate again to them, I might start to worry.

We have a 45% win rate under Martinez, 45 won 26 drawn 29 lost.

My point is we have a manager that is not getting the best out of this squad.
The defending all season has been a joke and to pick howard every game is weak management

We keep saying he isn't getting the best from the squad, but what do we base this on. This is a young team he has put together over 2.5 seasons. There will be problems than need addressing and fixing. Swapping and changing managers won't help as we will find faults with the next manager if he doesn't play the team we want him to play or he doesn't make the subs we would have. It will just go on and on. Totally agree with Howard by the way.

The last two seasons he's got a lower win % than Gary Monk and he got sacked, and Gary Monk didn't have the quality of squad that Martinez has had to pick from.
