For anyone who thinks he's inconsistent and our form can't be compared to Wigan's

He has averaged a win rate of 31%. Just think how bad that would of been without 13/14. Who knew the worst day for Evertonians in the last 5 years would be Wigan winning the FA Cup.
Thats not all evertons,we havve a higher win rate than 31%

Getting seriously pissed off watching us be unable to defend and with quite possibly the worst set pieces in the league of our own. All that should come from the training ground. If he isnt capable of improving that it's pointless. However it must be said he did improve our attacking play a lot compared to last year. Maybe we can expect a similar leap in defending. However these should be bread and butter things to sort out. Very very frustrated today. The league is so poor it's there for us to achieve something this season and it feels like we're wasting it by getting the basics wrong. So frustrating everton.

I wonder how Martinez second half of seasons (post Christmas) compare to his first halves. I vaguely recall Wigan capitulating from a lofty position on more than one occasion when he was in charge.

Is he one of those managers that starts well, at some point loses the plot and ultimately unable to complete the job with the required success / result ? Then again this could apply to practically every footie manager .. what a bunch of useless meffs.

Those stats are very sad. But what are his stats for Everton?
