Martinez is beginning to frustrate me with his subs. When he came, it was like a breath of fresh air from 70th minute Davie.

But now he's either waiting until far too late to make changes, or is making the wrong changes.

And also doesn't appear to be learning from the mistakes we made at Boutnemouth for example - although the players must shoulder some of the blame, they're the ones out there, giving the ball away too easily.

Perhaps I'm just frustrated from dropping 3 points in the last 3 league games.

Naismith was crap after Chelsea but in the same breath I think Kone has been tripe and has kept his place. Mirallas isn't match fit as proved today and so the same will be with Lennon when given a run out. He's badly underused Mirallas and Lennon for minutes imo. Squad game? Nah, Kone can stay on for the duration.

Do you know what as well, as soon as McCarthy is fit he will shoe Cleverley out wide on the left.

The hate for Martinez is becoming quite embarrassing. Thought Evertonians were supposed to be knowledgable. Sound like the plassy Chelsea, Man Utd fans when we don't win a game. I would only moan if we had spent as much as them and half the division but I see it for what it is. We ain't a big resourceful club anymore.......understand that and you may then see we are doing OK in comparison and that we are or can only build extremely slowly. Oh how I would love us to spend 100m per season but then I woke up...weighed up the situation and realised we are doing alright and are set up for better and longer lasting things.
