Computer games.

 oops!

If they make decent money then why cringe? Guy I watch a lot of used to work as a coder, gave it up to do Youtube full time. He's not make big bucks like Pewdiepie etc, but his content/style is a lot more grown up, him and has mates get exclusive looks at games (especially Paradox stuff) and he makes roughly what he did in a 'proper' job. In ten years it probably won't seem weird at all. Either that or Youtube will have followed countless other sites that have disappeared into oblivion!
Is it because you're vegan? Or do you play from a vegan perspective?

So true

Have to say I'm loving Fallout 4. I don't think I've even done a main story or main side quest for the last few nights. Me and my mate have just been picking a spot on the map heading out to find any location markers and seeing where that takes us.

The settlement building is a decent enough distraction too, although they could have made some of it a little more informative.

Been reading about the weapons found on legendary enemies in fallout, full auto fat mans etc. so imagine my surprise after killing one I looted his corpse and found...... A tyre iron.

Are you playing on Survival mode? Not sure but I think they only drop on the hardest difficulty. I got an amazing Kneecapper sub mg that some crappy legendary ghoul dropped that helped me take on 2 death claws. 2!!!!!

I picked up an unlimited capacity submachine gun last night. Just fire until you have no bullets left......no reloading!!

Although, the weapon you want is the Fat-Man that shoots an extra projectile. Then mod it to use the MIRV mod, so when you shoot it, you use 1 mini-nuke, (doubled, each one splits into 8 with the MIRV mod) but end up with 16 mini-nuke explosions!!!!

I've done 2 main quests in 30 hours of play, still don't feel like I've scratched the surface!

Also, pro-tip:

Plant lots of corn, tato and mut fruit. Combine these with purified water at cook stations to make 'Vegetable Starch' which is a junk item that can be broken down into x4 Adhesive, which is needed for (and a pain in the ass to find) for nearly every weapon/armour mod. ;)

One of the only external tips I have paid attention to.....

I actually think the settlement building is kind of basic, but then, I am used to the system used in Rust, which is much, much more developed.

Wondered what that was for. Will be good for late game but for now I love the feeling of having to go out on scavenger runs because I need more coffee cups or something silly.

I can do all the simple bits like building a shelter, wiring in radio towers etc, but some things I haven't quite mastered yet like powering an existing house or what all the switches and timers can do.

I'm gonna spend some time on my day off this week to just dedicate a few hours to settlement building.

I wonder who the first one of us to build a huge GOT flashing sign will be.
