Computer games.

I have a 'blades or bullets' coupon that gets me either the new assassins creed or the new rainbow six. Both appear to be either pretty gash or have "amazing promise" depending on the previews.

Any one got a clue which I should get and why?

Assassins creed is uber gash.
Gameplay of rainbow six looks alright from what I've seen

Well I have just found out that Star Wars : Knights of the Old Republic 2 has had a new update, the first one in 10 years. It now includes a lot of content that was originally made but left out due to publishers rushing it through.

It also has controller support which I have been hoping for for yonks but never thought it would arrive with it being so old.

So Star Wars fans you can have a 'new' title to go on before the film comes out.

I bought AS Black Flag yesterday, never really been into this series, hope it's good. Back to work friday so my gaming will have to wind down a bit boo.

Actually mate, it has had it's second update recently. The first one, adding controller support, along with support for resolutions up to 4k IIRC came out about 3 months ago.

Playing the FM16 Beta now.

First thing I've done is sell Tim Howard for £1m to some random French team.

Chelsea and United bid for Stones, Arsenal bid for Barkley and they both want to leave

Told them we have great youngsters coming through and they agreed to stay this season to see if we qualify for Europe. Jokes on them when we get relegated because I'm going all out attack

How are you finding it, that aside?

You do tend to score highly mate!

Just played it for a bit, and detest it personally. That combat system is as archaic as it can possibly be. Everything is on rails, and the story is just horrid.

5/10 here, mostly for the aesthetics. Whole thing needs a complete reboot - or preferably just binned.

On a plus note, Uncharted Collection is ace; value for money right there.
Ubisoft's editorial direction will always lead to this.

Far Cry is the next one. Never get attached to a popular Ubi IP. They will run it into the ground while praying for another surprise hit to milk. Ubi editorial has literally no idea of what's going to be successful next.

It's a shame, because AC could have been a classic franchise with proper oversight.
