Lamb is the best meat by far, though I usually go for shoulder rather than chop.

Lamb is better but you feel short changed as they are smaller and much more expensive than Pork.

Personally, pork is only any good in processed form. Sausages, bacon, ham, gammon, bbq pulled pork. But plain old pork roast, pork chops etc, pretty poor imo.

Pork chops are the worse form of pork.

Lamb chops also but only due to size issues, but the Lamb Chump Chops in NZ sorted out that issue.

Lamb wins cos pork chops are rubbish and all forms of Lamb are ace.

Yeah but Lamb Shanks were cheap as due to being the bit they couldnt be ar5ed exporting, I remember them being about 60 cents each or something so we used to have a couple each (tons of meat) whereas here they're about a fiver.

Lamb shanks being far superior to any recipe of trotter btw
