Dynamo president has recently been quoted as saying that Dynamo need to follow in Shakhtar's footsteps of selling their players to top European teams.

The Bernard link has been born out of this, it's a tactic from Everton to the Kyiv chairman to basically stop being the Ukranian Daniel Levy and sell the player you blurt. Still pretty sure we'll get him but it probably will go on for a long time.
