It probably hasn't helped, whether or not anyone thought he was poor before hand hasn't helped himself, which he has acknowledged. Though his mum dying didn't help.

I did read it. He is actually a tidy wee player, hope he gets sorted with a good club when he leaves.

You'd think the club would have a " welfare officer " or something similar ?. Even if it was just a volunteer within the club for a player to talk to in confidence if they were having a bit of a rough time ?.

I remember Tommy Grav saying that he got very lonely when he first signed, which seemed to be bourne out by the fact that he used to get spotted all over town during the day by himself .

The way his very vague job description reads is that he's is a " fixer " rather than someone who is designated to look after the welfare of the young lads .
