Hé's not going anywere till christmas at least, Billy Lair doesnt sack his mates unless thé situation is totally desprate. Things would have to get REALLY bad for Martinez to get thé sack. Even if things carry on like this season and were safe from relégation in this lovely midtable mediocrity fun then i can see him seeing out his contract regardless of what us supporters want.

I dont think throwing money and getting players in is going to change the situation.

Martinez fails to motivate the players. There is just a complete lack of fight and fire in their bellies.

The whole of his football philosophy is football by numbers. On paper and in his head it works , in reality it doesnt even get started.

The big pointer to me is that time after time not only has he not learnt , not only has he not acknowledged , but he has even praised defended and applauded utter sub standard dull football.

Utter delusional or sheer arrogance , either way how can a manager improve if he doesnt even see anything wrong ?

I would want him to come good , but I just dont see him changing. in fact im certain he wont change anything about himself and his twisted view of what good football is.

Watched his MOTD interview yesterday, he stated that the first 2 games took the stuffing out of us.

Both games we were winning and conceded very late goals, we then got utterly took apart by Chelsea and coupled with the loss of Barkley it took us a VERY long time to recover, which is a worry IMO.

Then your using the point that because Chelsea have won the league then Martinez is obviously correct in his approach
