Meh, if he stays great, if he goes life moves on. All we can do is offer him the contract and send bullets in the post when he leaves

If he was going to stay then he'd have signed by now. I'm guessing he'll be planning on getting better offers than he's currently got after the U21 World Cup. Just keeping his options open really, can't blame him.

I wouldn't blame him for leaving, but if he goes to Bournemouth, I fear it could set him back a bit in the long run. He's got some potential.

He's got a sweet deal at Everton, really. Two more years or so as Bainesy's understudy and the job could be his at age 23. Not a bad mentor to learn the LB trade from either. Bobby is just patronizing him at this point.

Just my thoughts

How exactly?

Not arsed either way. Seems a decent player, but not one worth going all mental over. If he can't be bothered waiting a year or two until the country's best left back moves on, then good luck to him.

He left months ago in reality, it was as plain as day what was going on.

He's been stifled at Goodison and he's not been given game time even when he was the obvious choice.

No wonder he's doing one, can't blame the lad.

I use certain filters amongst fellow Evertonians to let me assess if they're an utter pube or not.

Those getting dead angry about him leaving and pretending he's the next generation Roberto Carlos lets me know exactly who the pubes are.

Not giving him a go last week in these circumstances seemed like a bit of a message. Maybe I'm wrong though. Wouldn't be the first time
Maybe he just wanted to give Galloway a run out in a low pressure game so that he could have a proper look at him playing with men.
The likelihood is that Galloway or Browning will be 4th choice center back next season so ideally you'd want to see if he could actually cut playing with men before relying on him as back up and possibly chucking him in the deep end next season.

Ultimately we have 3 class left backs, but Oviedo and Baines are both comfortably better than Garbutt.
You win some and you lose some I guess
