He is ok, he is a strong target man, who is decent ish, Like Anichebe and many many others that cost more than him.

He is worth what we paid, because £5 million is nothing now.

He is a reactive striker, rather than a proactive one.

Maybe after seeing what he offered on Saturday, people will appreciate Lukaku more, as he is a different level.

Everton cant afford to pay £5m for old second/third choice strikers wiith 2 major knee injuries in his past and virtually zero sell on value.

Its totally unsustainable for us.
 

Yes, we can.

we absolutely can't. £5m + wages for a benchwarmer with absolutely no return is an awful way to run a club.

Those sums of money need to be spent on younger players who will improve enough to break into the first team or on players whose value will increase. None of which was ever going to be true for Kone

So how much should we be spending on 2nd or 3rd choice strikers ?? Any suggestions ??
