Looking at the equivalent matches from last season (or random relegated equivalents for those who came up), of the next 8 PL matches we won 7 and drew 1.

Stoke A 1-1
Newcastle H 3-2
QPR A (Fulham) 3-1
Southampton H 2-1
Swansea A 2-1
Burnley H (Cardiff) 2-1
Man Utd H 2-0
Aston Villa A 2-0

What is the point of that? Last season we were 5th/6th, this season we are 14th at the moment.

Are you suggesting we will get similar results? We win 2 league games since 22 November 2014 for god sake.

No, if you actually read joined-up writing you would have noticed I didn't say anything at all.

If you want me to say something it would be that it looks like a relatively easier run of matches as opposed to playing Chelsea, Arsenal, City and the neighbours, especially if you look further seasons back as well. But never mind, just carry on with your screaming if that's what gets your rocks off on a weekend.

How is are performance after Europa league games??? Newcastle and QPR either side of Kyiv games? .. They could be crucial games.

Our run in is kind. No so called "big teams" to play except man u home. Time for martinez to ditch the defensive set up and get 2 wingers playing every game. Get the games won early and then relax.

Don't think anybody's ready to top themselves just yet, but 2 wins since November? Why should they relax exactly?
Because the alternative is a heart attack or stroke by the sounds of things.

FFS, if people cant see we can keep our heads above that rubbish below with a 6 point cushion then they need sedating and then sectioning for their own good.

I know, QPR down there as well, away at Kyiv then away down there, wouldnt be as bad if we went to QPR after the home game, i just hope we have now handed Arsenal some confidence because we need them to beat QPR now as well on Wednesday
