People just judge a player off the last couple of games it seems. Howard has flaws, he gets beat from range too often and can make rash decisions. However, the back 4 generally look more comfortable with him in net (yes today was awful in that respect) as he commands his area fairly well.

But I take the point that Howard is only going to get worse from here and Robles will only get better. When/If we get ourselves in a safe position in the league I'd think about giving Robles games where possible. But in the Europa I'd want the best team out, which includes Howard.

You need to go to Specsavers if you feel TH is a good goalkeeper - I cannot think of one Prem team at this moment in time who would give him a game!

Really not getting upset, Its just differences in opinions which is what the sites all about. I would love Howard to prove me wrong, he's been 1st class since he joined us bet this season he's simply made too many mistakes which have cost us and I think the fella on the bench is more worthy of a place in the starting 11

He's had plenty poor performances this season and not bounced back from 1..... He's sh1t mate.... Accept it ffs or be eternally happy with mediocrity.

You do not get phone calls from president Obama (who won a Nobel prize btw!) if you are not something very special. Tim has been called the US Secretary of Defence. I have not heard any other GK ever be described as that.

Fair enough I accept I'm being dramatic, Of course I will renew my season ticket, Everton is my only hobby but Howard cost us a win today and its not the 1st time this season.

He's never been, isn't and never will be good enough for Everton, I've always felt that from the year he was on loan I hoped he wouldn't sign. I think many fooled themselves for years with defensive stats and with teams set up to be defensive and contain. He's here years now and the two elementary mistakes he made today are unforgivable, especially the first - barracking Stones when Howard came for it obviously didn't shout. Get rid once and for all.

McGeady as well while your at it another who clearly doesn't come up to the quality we should expect.
