I have posted now as reading all the posts there are a band of people who want RM out.
I can honestly see were people are coming from and I can understand the frustrations and annoyance at how this season has become a complete nightmare.
RM has a fair amount of explaining to do as at times his teams are not balanced and because of this the style of play is pedestrian. The dropping of Robles was mystifying, and some of the substitutions have been baffling.
Overall RM has had a nightmare of a second season, this has been worsened by some of his rigid ways of thinking and not wanting to move from some of his principles
I guess most people will think my Vote would be RM Out

It isn't

And why I don't want to see him gone, it is because we have a young progressive manager, who I believe wants us to try and play good football.
I think this season will be the hardest he has ever undertaken, the pressure is massive and at times I believe he struggles with these demands.
I do believe he is learning and he is adapting, and he will be better for it next season. He will make changes in the pre-season, we will hopefully see some of the old guard (who have been superb in past seasons) move on, and get players in who then will move us forward again.
RM gave us an expectation this year that I think we all bought into, I think given time he can again get us playing the great football of last season.
If we sack him we may end up going like other teams and sacking managers trying to find the elusive answer...Which in the main doesn't work

I would rather go with the approach of giving a person time to get it right, it usually is the better way
To want RM out after 18mths is laughable, and my feel is the people who want him out never wanted him to start with.

do you think he will buy any pineapples and would you still be as positive if he then decided to cook them on a savoury type meal ??? say for instance a pizza ???
 
I just feel like the man deserves time to turn things around. Even today where the result was terrible there were glimpses of how we are wanting to play. Had a great second half in terms of creating chances and playing actually decent football but we were let down by some atrocious goal keeping at the other end. Lukaku had a very off day yet still had a hand in two goals. It only gets better from here IMO.
 

All joking apart, I still dont want him out, I simply want the forward thinking manager we had last season back.

I can forgive this blip, as long as we dont go down.

I just want him to address the issues we have within the squad, he deserves that chance at least, if we dont start picking up points and VERY soon, that stance may change.

Now all forget you read this and allow me to call for his sacking some more.
 
Pointless brand of football which will NEVER work in the Premier League. Bringing bag of [Poor language removed] Howard straight back in when he's played like a wet fart for the past 3 years. I know exactly where I stand on Martinez now

In reality, when the fuming subsides, that's all that happened.

We are having a dog of a season (EL apart) and just about nothing has gone our way.

You need to bring back Moyes for 10 years and then let Martinez have a go to get the same as last year...
 

I'm still prepared to give El Bob more time... on condition he dumps all his ex-Wigan coaching staff. They are plainly not up to coaching better quality players and some like poor Ross Barkley are going backwards at an alarming rate.

Did well enough in the last game.

I dont think we have an obvious first rate GK though. I'd be hoping we punt Howard next season and bring in a top rate GK in with Robles as his deputy.
