For me not winning the EL and similar 1st 3 months of next season to this season.
We've tried that earlier is the season and our midfield got raped. I thought Gibson played very very well when he came on, and he should start ahead of Barry next game. I'm willing to accept this season as disjointed, but if Howard is still here next season I'm going to fume like hell

He's had one bad season after an awesome season last year.
Do you really want us to be a club that is constantly changing their manager every year? Could financially we even be a club to do that? Would that not give the players the license to act like tits knowing a new guy would be brought in?
Moyes brought us top 8 stability however it took a few years and I know Martinez has had a better squad but we also won't finish as low a 17th.
I admit my patience is wearing thin but the consequences of getting rid even in the summer are huge. It's in all our interests to give him at least another window and until Christmas.

Am prepared to give El Bob another 8 months or so to learn from his mistakes,and get the team playing as they should be week in week out.
If not,then bye bye Bob.Don,t think we will win the Euro this year,so we won,t have the Thursday night game as an excuse next season.
