if De Gea was in goals for us last season we'd have been in the Champions League but we can't afford his wages let alone the transfer fee.

That article says it's Begovic not Howard, and the following 3 games that Howard played in both teams conceded 4 more goals so he can't possible have surpassed Begovic and be ranked as the worst.

It also offers no context on how they gather their stats which is pretty poor, just a hatchet job and goalkeepers.

That article says it's Begovic not Howard, and the following 3 games that Howard played in both teams conceded 4 more goals so he can't possible have surpassed Begovic and be ranked as the worst.

It also offers no context on how they gather their stats which is pretty poor, just a hatchet job and goalkeepers.

No of course I'm not saying what, you said Howard had made more mistakes than any other goalkeeper in the league and I just wanted to know where you got this from.

I'll be absolutely gutted if Howard just walks straight back into the team. Joel's done f all wrong while Howard's been injured and Howard had an awful season before he got injured anyway. It'll be like the whole Barry thing but with Howard, doesn't matter how he plays he can just walk into the team whenever he wants. It'd be a complete joke.

Indeed. I think it would be a poor show to let Howard walk straight back in. I've quite warmed to this clown since the New Year and it would be tough on him to be dropped after three successive clean sheets and at a time when he has shown so much improvement.
A comeback for Howard on the subs bench might help concentrate his mind about the standard he needs to be at week in week out. Or keep Robles for the league and let have Howard the EL games!!
