ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC"

The problem Liverpool have, from the fans to the players is False belief and false confidence.

I know fairly obvious to point out but it goes without saying. Losing yesterday noone at the club will say 'hang on we got this horribly wrong here' It is all excuses and reasons why it isnt predominantly the end result of liverpool selling another top talent and signing crap.

I have said for years Brendan is a lucky manager in football and he hasnt changed my mind

1) Not going anywhere in championship, ends up at Swansea with philosophy and playing style already in place. Takes them up but that was inevitable as they came close the year before.

2) liverpool offer him a job on the back of Swansea's playing style, clearly snaps it up.

3) stumbles upon a tactic midway through a season that worked very very well. When the main catalyst of the tactic leaves, no idea how to implement a new idea and the 200 million of talent he has cant play the system that the original squad couldnt play 2 years ago to the right extent.

3 prime cases of luck as a manager.

Does anyone know where the RS are in the RAWK Alternative League thingy, you know the one that they make up to show that they are doing better than they really are...........

I love the way they have turned in some parts, few have been saying we wil just go and get that klopp from Dortmund.... yeah because its that simple !

He has blagged it brilliantly. I think though he just might have pushed his luck too far now...

Bit like this guy did in Die Hard, he even has the teeth.

....Echo fella just been interviewed on TalkSport saying that currently there is no talk/thought of sacking the Manager from within the Club. His stock is still high from last season.

And therein lies the problem.

Having somehow contrived to get them into what appeared to be an unassailable position, he proceeded to blow it over four crazy days in April and May.

The question is not about how close they came to winning it, it is how the heck did they blow it......his stock should be low after last season, not high.

If I ŵas an RS fan I would have been furious.....instead they fell for the platitudes of the flim flam man.

He is a chancer who was found out against Chelsea on Demba Ba Day and had looked like a clueless bell ever since.
