I'm not sure you finished reading my post.
No I did mate. Didnt see the part where it says he was a bit crap. A couple of flashes of brilliance, where if we're honest, anybody can produce..... see bily.

The lad was a waste of a shirt and watching him off the ball was awful. When City offered that money, we all laughed as Evertonians and hurried it through. Every Evertonian was in agreement on that sale. Says it all.

Rodwell was no more than bang average. Injury free, he still wouldnt make our bench now.

The bigger picture here people.

Barry gone, Lescott gone, Richards considering his options, Milner stalling over a new contract, Rodwell allowed to look for a new club.
Apart from the above meaning Joe Hart could put 10 stone on and still be assured of his place in their squad the complete 'homegrown' player ship out they are undergoing means only one thing. They will very quickly be looking to make sure of their home grown quota to be allowed to compete in the CL.

I wonder who they will throw a few shekels under the nose of......

If Sunderland actually pay anywhere near the alleged 10 million I read on goal.com, then words will fail me. That would be absolutely ridiculous.

Why wish the lad any ill? He did his best here, had a few great moments but wrongly decided he could move to another level at City. Good luck to him ....

He didn't ask to leave...Citeh came calling and we bit their hand off for the money.

I do wish him well...that goal vs United will never be forgetten. Same goes for Gosling and Bily's belter in that game.

Technically, The lads got it all, two good feet, good range of passing, got a shot on him, quick, strong, can go past players.

Unfortunately the complete lack of confidence, drive, desire and awareness in his head render him utter garbage.

As somebody said; Too much Birkdale not enough Kirkdale, plus he seems to be made of glass

Lampard

Utter madness to sign him outright and not on loan for a season first. I'm not even sure Rodwell knows what his fitness level is.

But I do hope it works out for him. Always liked Rodwell, bear him no ill will at all.

Harsh, but, apart from the not making our bench bit, pretty much spot on.

Good luck to the kid.
