Happy enough with this as a signing. Providing he's not our 'marquee' player for the summer!

If he's half decent and gets a few games so much the better.

RM also confirmed an interest in signing Lukaku. Start the clock...

Couldn't figure out how to incorperate the 100...

Back on topic, I read Martinez comments on the official site regarding Henen. Unless there is more that hasn't been posted he's talking like he has already signed:

Martinez said: "He's a young, talented footballer who represents Belgium in the lower teams, in the Under-18s and has had good experience in going to France.
"He is a bright boy and we feel he is something different that we haven't got in the Under-21s, so we are hoping he is going to be giving us something different in that group.
"We want a strong group. We have already got talented and very interesting footballers and I think David can fit in really well in that environment."

At least it's on the OS now, so it's actually factual if not a bit anti-climatic. Hope he does well and breaks into the 1st team. Onwards and upwards as they say, Rom next please, thank you, sirs.

he's obviously not going to be our marquee signing.

i have a good feeling about this one (based on nothing at all), yet i don't think byrne will make it (based on nothing at all). prepare the vaults

Again dont see what peoples problems are. £1m or so for a promisinbg player that hopefully in a season or two or even during this one will make an impact in the 1st team.

Just chill out- we tend to do the majority of our business towards the end/deadline day. Its very much a sellers market at the moment and we are not in a position to waste money.

As soon as the Lukaku situation is sorted one way or the other we will start to see things fall in to place.

Look just remember spurs last season 6 high value players =poor season change of managers twice - I know we need players being that our main goal scorer has gone and in limbo of signing , but last season RM pulled rabbits out of the hat - Just keep the faith!

50x10 = 500.

+ (25+75) = 600

-100 = 500

+3

50x10 = 500.

+ (25+75) = 600

-100 = 500

+3
or...

100/50 = 2
10/2 =5
75+25 = 100
100*5 = 500
500+3 = 503
