Gary Medel

I like him, but not sure we need him.
No, just looked on the site. Jordan Much is who i was on about. Not too sure if he is actually good, fits in with the danny drinkwater (what a name) and Andy King recommendations.

Jury is out, but not watched cardiff much so cannot comment on Jordan Much personally.

Isnt gary Medel just the thug type player? The one who snaps the players every week? That was the impression i got of him.

He scored 13 goals in a terrible team. More importantly he scored them playing the game that we are playing now. Therefore it is not implausible to think that he would have scored a similar amount for us this season.

YOu make it sound like we signed emile heskey!

Lukaku would still be starting ahead of him so he would probably be a sub at most. We only play one striker.

Two years to go before his contract expires. I hope he will be fit next season. Personally, the deal was bad for value in the first place. If he can score 10 league goals each for the next two seasons I would say the £5/6m deal was just ok.

Let's see if he can do himself justice next season or two. Maybe Martinez will buy another player to replace Lukaku.

I like Jordan Much. Have mentioned him as a possile signing before.

Delph / Much / Livermore / Powel

I would like us to be looking at these.

Yeah he is. Boss.

We could do with a leg breaker.

I wouldn't take Mutch.

I might have a look at Craig Noone though. Liked him everytime i've seen him.

I agree that he would be second choice this year. In hindsight that has worked out well for us when lukaku has been the man to score the late goals, where otherwsie he would have been taken off for kone.

hinsight also says the deal was bad for us because 5 million on a player who isnt kicking a ball all season is a bad deal. It all depends next year on who is the better goal scorer, naismith or kone?

Worst case scenario is that we have kone and traore up front with naismith as back up. Not great but then we need to magic transfer money up in any eventuality.

Fair enough Chris. Just hope we have money to buy Lukaku in the summer.

Oscar de Marcos for me.

Not too arsed who it is as long as they create like a biatch.

I mean some people say Lukaku hasn't been great for us, but in reality I can't recall too many chances he's actually squandered. Like decent chances I mean.

I want a number 10 to put all number of slidey balls through to mr striker to dispatch with aplomb.

Make it happen.

Nah I'd want him to play deeper than that, next to Jamesy, with Barkley ahead.

Still not sure if Ross's future lies as a box to box or an attacking centre mid...

Either way, I think we all agree that we need a proper, ultra, omega dead boss and creative midfielder who also happens to be cheap.

Reckon he'll go exactly the same way as the forheadless bell across the park.

In terms of thug type midfielder I would like to see CLaudio Yacob in an Everton shirt if West Brom goes down. He is twice a player than Medel is.
