Midfield players, I think both delph and holtby should be serious targets. Would love Llanna but his price would be too high (can see moyes going for him) Cleveley will end up a moyes bum boy!

Song never gets a game at barca, another wages prob rules him out...

Gibson will be a big boost next season, hopefully can remain fit for a good portion of the season.

Seriously i'd look at Tom Cleverley. Good player struggling in a poor united side (similar to Gibson + Fletcher situation). Far better than Gibson in my opinion. Worth a loan?
Bobby had him at Wigan too.

He's got nothing mate, absolutely nothing. They all hate him for a very good reason.

Of the teams which might go down, I'd take a punt on/rate:

Fulham - Kasami, Dejagah, Riether
Cardiff - Caulker, Medel, Mutch
Sunderland - Johnson
Palace - Pass
West Brom - Yacob, Morrison, Berahino
Norwich - Ruddy, Snodgrass, Redmond
Swansea - Vorm, Williams, Michu, Bony, Davies, Lita (lol).

Sorry, can't take you seriously when you mock my suggestion of Tom Cleverley but then suggest Sacha Reither.

As a back up right back, Riether would be more than useful. Better than Hibbert, hugely experienced, has played a little international football, and here's the kicker, I bet you've never watched him.

Majority of us thought Gibson + McCarthy were gash. Cleverley would be boss for us, I have no doubt.

Most didn't think McCarthy were gash mate, although most did think he wasn't worth 13m and had him around the 8m mark, theirs a huge difference over thinking he's gash and thinking he's overpriced.

As for Gibbo, i will say i didn't have much opinion at the time as he was a bit part player at United, looked talented but supposedly with issues, but was dirt cheap and no really gamble attached

Cleverley has featured heavily - and looks utterly devoid of any real talent or ability, theirs no upside and if he was playing for fulham or sunderland no one would even mention his name, even the proper united fans where he's one of theirs slate him massively and say he's not good enough mate that tells you a lot
