And to add to the intrigue, the gentleman who plotted both City's and EFC's FA Cup demise at the hands of a totally different team is involved again!!!

Awesome script!!

Quality preview. Yes it's some script. I don't buy talk of how 'they'll really be up for it' after two defeats. Some doubt may have crept into their game, questions of whether they just had the rub of the pitch against United - although no doubt they have quality players indepth.

Can see City being cautious for a long time, uncertain of us, and sussing out how we'll play them, aware of the threat we carry, rather than just going full out at us. Hopefully their uncertainty will lead to mistakes. Added to which Martinez is adept at using different systems. Just hope Mirallas is a starter today. Everton 3-2.

Leon Osman lets rip with a screaming shot that gives Joe Hart no chance.

Naismith played that day too.

And the ijjy plan for CM is...........?

Well mine would be equally ridiculous. But my point is that playing Heitinga in the middle is a recipe that Moyes would come up with.
It's a move to go out and try not to lose.
I'd rather set up a team to go out and win rather than that.

I thought those days would be behind us.

Think I'd rather lose 5-4 than 1-0.

Not necessarily. He could be deployed to track Silva and cancel him out, for example. City will be going out to win it, but you can bet they'll be giving Barkley some close attention.

Doubt it.

If you take one of our players out to nullify one of theirs. That's a move not to win in my book.
