comparing the teams who will play on saturday:

Joe Hart < Tim Howard
Zabaleta < Seamus Coleman
Vincent Kompany > Phil Jagielka
Matija Nastasic < Sylvain Distin
Kolarov < Leighton Baines
Jesus Navas < Kevin Mirallas
Yaya Touré > Leon Osman
Fernandinho > Darren Gibson
Silva > Stephen Naismith
Aguero < Ross Barkley
Negredo < Romelo Lukaku

they will have 4 of the best players, we will have 7 of the best players. We win.

Some fine crack you're smoking there.

I fooking hate the British media and their 'coverage' of things...bbc.com on their 'match preview' is 90% Citeh/Hart stuff, and 10% Everton being ace what really got me was this:

MATCH FACTS

Head-to-head
Manchester City have only won one of their last eight Premier League games against Everton (W1, D1, L6).

Why doesn't that say...'Everton have won an impressive six of their last eight Premier League games against Citeh (W6, D1, D1)'?

Fook me, that is dominance on toast, and should be recognized as such, regardless of what happens Saturday morning (morning for me lads...5 AM like).

Need a 90 minute performance this week boys. And Hart is looking dicey (perfect for a Baines free kick!).

Please no 45 minutes of glory followed up by 45 minutes of poo.

My expectations rest firmly on who is actually available. If Gibson and Mirallas both miss the game, I think we will struggle and a draw would be a good result. If they are out, it will be interesting to see what team we pick. Would not surprise me if we went three at the back: Howard, Stones, Jagielka, Distan, Coleman, Baines, Mccarthy, Osman, Barkley, Naismith, Lukaku or maybe oviedo in and not Naismith. Thing is, at the start of the season, this is a game you mark down as 0 points. Anything else is a bonus.
