Takeover, what takeover

Well history has repeated itself to some extent. So much for the insider information of Bose, the Sun and Mirror all meaningless hot air or paper filling exercise. Add to that what of the story that our "beloved" BK had taken on Harris to find a buyer, all seems to have died and not because of the credit crunch or that FIFA crap about foreign owners. One has to ask how much of this was in fact real bearing in mind our Bill. Seems just like another Fortress Fund scam to me to shut the fans up.

Rob if Bill said it was raining I would look out the window and if the sun was shinning it would not surprise me,we have now reached the stage where at one time we could believe the club over papers now we can not believe either which makes rumours far more easy to start as we have no reliable source to verify anything.until we see a picture of a new owner with Bill or a new player with Moyse I will not be 100% ure of anything.

Infairness the club has denied every story that has been printed about a takeover. BKs stance remains the same, we are for sale, whether thats true only time will tell, but the club has no control over lazy journos printing untrue crap.

Harris is employed by the club and he's issuing 'the crap stories' isn't he?

Ive only read about him covering his own back, by saying he expects us to be sold soon, hes hardly gonna come out and say, "You know what im utter crap at this job, i cant sell Ice to Arabs", hes gonna put a postive spin on it.

I was just saying that the club hasnt really lied to us, im as pissed off as the next blue that we still have no money, but i just feel that the club cant be blamed for the false storys that have come out.

I mean dont get me wrong, i think BK is holding on. Im sure he has had offers, but has turned a few down. But what does any of us really know.

i for one am very concerned about what happens next summer if we dont get a new owner.

5th in the league and 2 good cup runs and we still had to sell i of our main strikers and get a loan out .we payed a decent amount for 1 player and the rest were minimal or frees to make up the numbers.

now we are out of 2 cups and struggling in the league , surely this means we will be a hell of a lot worse off next summer will it not ?

i can not and will not put myself through another summer like the one we just had. if bill doesnt sell up , then there wont be a team worth supporting.

Agreed with what you have said but we will all be here next season no matter what thats why being a Evertonian is so special we are born not manufactured so can not alter our feelings (y)

That's true, we dont know the fine detail of what's happening. All we have to go on is that for a club that's been open to investment for the past few years in a search that goes on 24/7 we've been conspicuously unsuccessful when you consider the amount of clubs that have changed hands.

I doubt that's down to bad luck.
