Great signing, lots of potential. Only made 8 apps for Wigan, but it's no surprise some people are already on his back for that.

Played great in the FA cup final, Athletico have a habit of developing very good GK's, really looking forward to seeing him challenge Howard. Something that hasn't happened in years.

That's a release clause. A different thing entirely.

A sell back clause is basically giving them first refusal on IF we decide to sell him.

Sure he would of got more if his defence wasn't so sh*t. Excited about this signing, he doesn't seem bad even now and yet has a lot of time to improve at only 22. Got at least another 12 years in him.

I agree, I meant it as a positive stat.

I think he's a really promising keeper.

Sorry but you're way off base. A buy back clause is a guarantee that if the price set is met then the deal goes ahead. You are basically describing a clause in which the starting negotiation point for clubs would be agreed upon.
