Wouldnt it be nice for a change if kenwright came out instead of ross and told us wot is happening with takeover talks.Last night both itv and bbc broke the news only for mr ross to dash are hopes .It wouldnt take much for bill to come out and speak for once .As for a chairman he never says much so when he does its always lies or just ss h i t.So come bill make that statement are we going to be in the money come january.(y)

To be honest, I would rather have a chairman who keeps quiet. He has revealed the club is for sale, thats all he needed to say publicly on the matter.

It would only add to the uncertainty if he said yes people would say "The Fortress fund fiasco again" if he said no we would get "hes a born liar anyway " So for once I dont blame him(y)

Agree and after the "watch this space" fiasco, he seems to be keeping a low profile. Not at all surprised about that. I'd do the same.

I think the club shouldn't respond to these claims. And if they do it should be with something like 'no comment'.

Why should the club come out every other day to dispense with claims from lazy journalists?

Maybe to let the fans know whats happening?

Not that they care about the fans.

Wouldn't it be nice if we were listed on the stock market, then news such as this would have to be reported (and believed). It would add a good deal of transparency to things.

are everton investors entitled to this kind of information?

also would this be the best time to invest, seeing as how a takeover is imminent?

Presumably the share holders would be told if a bid had been lodged, seeing as someone is trying to buy their shares :) Whether they hear of every mooted enquiry though I don't know.

You could invest in the club, but to be honest I'm sure there are safer places for your money. Under the mattress for instance.

I have not heard anything and Im a major shareholder I have twice as many shares as a guy with one:lol::lol::lol:

So you are in basic terms a bottom feeder??

However could does not want to say anything because the buyer if there is one wants to keep it quiet. I would rather BK kept quiet until the club is sold or deal fell through, then come out and tell us what has gone on, equally to speak personally that there are no ongoing negotiations rather tham Ross open his gob.

Not as high as a bottom feeder,my worry is I have them because I want a little bit of Everton but apparently I could be forced to sell them if a buyer comes. in .making a few bob on them is not what I want I could have sold them last month but I want to give them to my grandson when he is a bit older, but the guy that advises me on finances thinks if we sell then I will have to sell as well:@
