Johnny Heitinga - You blew it son.

It's pretty obvious that Distin/Jags is our best CB partnering and was last year. If jags didn't get injured, Heitinga wouldn't have had a sniff.
It's clear Moyes isn't a big fan off him and there's definitely a clash of personalities between the two.

BRING BACK JOEY YOBO MOYES

Not true at all. Jags was playing horrifically, to the point fans wanted Arsenal to buy him.
We can't write off Johnny considering we stuck with Jags through his spell of bad form.

Difference is that Jags had a superb couple of years and propelled himself from a Championship player to an International.

Heitinga came as an International who had always played in the top divisions and apart from a very good 6 months last season he has been utter ****e.

Never liked him and his fake attitude.

the other problem for heitinga is jagielka is not as good as he used to be before his big injury.
And Distin is also on the decline.

Will Duffy ever get a run in the team or is he not good enough?

At fault for all 3 goals. Can't risk him again at CB. Put him in Midfield if we are desprate. Let him go in Jan, would rather see Duffy.

He's a fraud and obviously doesn't want the fight anymore.

If we weren't arsed about the squad and a fight for top four (with regards to not bringing in a striker or CM) then we may aswell cashed in on Jonny and gave Duffy some game time if needed.

Absolute joker.

He was **** but he wasnt 'at fault for all three goals' first goal was down to distins really bad mistake, and the fact baines and pienaar where non existant.

The difference is, Jags was off form but trying, wheras Johnny doesn't seem to give a toss, my Gran would have made more effort to keep up with Benteke and she's been six foot under for 20 years.

It was Baines's, Pienaar's and Distin's fault that Benteke just walked past Heitinga? Interesting.

If they had defended properly there would have been no goal. As for Benteke if heitinga had made any contact with him he wouldve give away a foul, Benteke outpaced him and turned him, No one would've been able to do anything against that.

I think like most things there are a number factors and the defensive unit as a whole needs to put their hand up. Having said that a good CB wouldn't allow that to happen to them. I'm very keen to see Duffy have some more time as well.

I wouldn't hang Heits out to dry, which would be easy. Having said that, he really did have a shocker didn't he?

It can't get much lower for him, but don't forget he's been sitting on the bench all season.

I didn't see the Bolton game how'd he go then?

I love John when he plays well, unfortunately at times he is absolutely terrible for almost entire games. Unless he finds some professional pride from somewhere and wants to put in the hard work to get back in form, there's really no point in him being at the club.

Shuddered a little reading that because I've had that arm around my shoulder giving me that chat.
