I am trying to cancel my subscription to everton TV, but for the life of me i can't find out how, i must have spent an hour this morning on the os trying to find out how to cancel it. Can someone help me please, do i have to ring them up or can i do it on the o.s?

I just emailed the club and it was sorted my trouble is now I cant get back on I get this adress is already a member try ect then when I do I get sorry you need to rejoin after over thirty attempts I have given up.

i'm an expat and i think everton tv is great. commentary on every game and 20 minute highlights for slow monday mornings in work.

i'm lost at where you think it is unprofessional. perhaps if you live in the uk it is not up to scratch of the sky coverage, but living in the sticks it's great. all the newspaper soundbytes are taken from the stories shown 24 hours earlier so it's right up to date with opinion from moyes and the players.

How the hell did you sort it?

I've had the same trouble with efcticketing ever since it changed provider. No replies to emails to provider or OS.

And now with logging into the main OS when I was thinking about watching a chat (EvertonTV is still OK, at least).

I agree with you about EvertonTV, teppic, but the e-commerce and usability side of the website is a disaster - especially user management.

create an alias on your email address, like roy@wherever or coyney@wherever that way it shouldnt realise its going to the same place but will still get to you

When I click on the link on the front page of Everton TV, it just brings me back to the front page.

This happening to anyone else?
