I did do the marches and I'm still against the board but I think The Blue Union has lost their way. Their Facebook status updates are just boring and mainly aren't even on topic anymore.

Some of them are cringeworthy TBH. I was a BU supporter and went on the marches. I also donated a small amount of money to KEIOC a long time ago.

There's a world of difference between the two and I no longer support the BU and would like to see KEIOC move away from it too.

The marchers represent the last remnants of how evertonians used to be and the "Nil Satis" question is answered when you read forum fans ridiculing it usually adding "you're living in the 80s mate".

In reality they're not immersed in the clubs history and culture it's a pastime not a passion, trumpeting "7th place trophy" just gives the people controlling the club a free pass. They are absolutely laughing their socks off at how untouchable they are, no finer example is there than this thread were people are asking for a list of misdemeanours, as though it's news ffs.

We get what we deserve - we deserve Kenwright & co.

It's just a sea change in evertonians attitude that I'll never subscribe to.

Elstone and Co are massive bells but unless there is a viable option on the table I'd rather not see Goodison with 10,000 empty seats and people deliberately starving the club of income when we are barely breaking even.

Iv been reading with interest and mainly disgust at the treatment of Alan ball from our club and this board. What's interested me more is the reaction from the fans mainly the boys from GOT.

Now Iv called this thread forgive me as m really annoyed with our fans for letting this happen. We had a chance at the beginning of this season to do something about it. But what did you do.....? NOTHING.

We had sky sport attending meeting there was a wave and we let it pass us by. Now it takes something like this to wake people up. Well for me it's partly your fault. Instead of sitting behind your screen moaning at ****, your could have got of your arse an done something about it...... But no you clapped.

you might have realised Iv not been on here that much lately. Iv been quiet disillusioned with out support and what were prepared to put up with. iv been banned for twitter by every part of EFC and employees for asking the right question. This is my club, I go home an away everywhere. Only missed QPR this season. I won't rest till these [Poor language removed] are out.

You had your option of marching with those lot, you did, thats up to you. I didn't, and also didn't clap 'The Greatest Living (off us) Evertonian' either.

As for the reaction of "GOT" I'm not so sure where you are coming from as most of us spent a great part of yesterday in that thread and sending it round other sites to raise awareness and shame the club.

The board don't meet for a pow-wow every day to deal with each and every matter, they employ people to make the decisions for them, these will be the ones that have done the ban.


It seems as has been pointed out that it was as much a go at this forum as anything else, but if that was the case then I'm sure if AB was asked to stop reporting on the games then he would, after all he goes to watch the games 1st of all, the reports are just a by product.... he aint there to be the next McNulty ffs.

If it is the Forum they are going after then a few of our cards must be marked, cos there is a core group of members that are matchgoers and tbh you wouldn't need the resources of MI5 to work out who most of us are and where we sit etc.

Maybe it's the fact that this place is far more successful than the O.S. that they don't like and can't handle, if thats the case then they should look into why a load of nutters talkin' ****e is far better than something that they are employing people to produce.

Sharpy mate, as Brennan touched on, you would be shocked at how many Everton fans dont have the slightest clue what goes on "behind the scenes", I talk to a parent at my Sons football, he has a ST for him and his Son and every Saturday we discuss Everton, its like he lives in a bubble, he goes the game, he watches the football and he reads the papers, maybe even the OS, but apart from that he knows NOTHING.

Im sure hes not alone, some people have no interest in things outside of being a Match going blue, its wrong to suggest thats wrong, its up to them, if they wanna think everything is rainbows and unicorns, its up to them really.

I normally swerve the board threads as it goes around in circles.

There's one person keeping us competitive and that's Moyes by virtue of his ability to spot a player and then selling high. Even then Moyes does my head in sometimes.

I don't like to read an article on Everton where breaking even is to be celebrated and our fans being happy with seventh place. In the context of the current situation it's a decent finish but were Everton and were capable of so much more. A board that invested in the club would be a basic start.
