He seems to be a number 9 in the British sense more than a number 10 in the South American sense.
Not suggesting he's John Fashanu but he's not Romario either. A lot better than the first, but nowhere near as good as the second. Pretty good in the air and handy with his feet.
He's possibly worth breaking our transfer record to bring him here, but not to the tune of 18 mill.

I watch a lot of CSKA games with Jo (I am from Russia and a fan of Zenit). Mate, Russian league is not so bad, it is equal to german in strength. We still have problems with infrastructure (which in process of solution know), but the level of play is OK.
Jo is perfect striker, really good finisher, and can create chances for himself. He resemble Ibrahimovich in his game. Very quality and talented player.

I don't know about his ball playing ability but his statistics suggest he's a better finisher than Ibrahimovic

I have bumped this thread as it was said today that Jo did talk with Everton AND Citeh when he came over(Radio 5 Live world football phone in). I honestly believe this has more in it than our chances of getting Arshavin. Don't know why, I just have a hunch(Not a Quasimodo type hunch either), I think it could happen.
