Because he wants to wind people up by saying the opposite of the ITK's, but he is saying there is a 20% chance it is on, so when he does sign he can say he said its possible and he is ITK.
 
From that interview I would say he's ours. No doubt Changy will say that it was 'lost in translation' though.
 
The way i see it is the fact Moyes flew out to Belgium the other night to talk with his agent is definitely sign of positive progression with this deal. In order to speak with his agent he must have been given permission by Olympiacos otherwise that would be deemed 'tapping up' and would Moyes tap up? Doubt it. As the lad said in his interview he has to think about it with his family. Big career move for him and a big move for his family, moving from Greece to Merseyside. Not an easy decision to make. Everyone just needs to chill out, people are acting as if this deal has been going on for months, it hasnt, its been going on for 3 days, one of which he played for his national team. Just chill.

Who said its him stalling/waiting for a better offer? I doubt his club are willing to let him hang around Goodison until the 1st September while a fee is being sorted. It maybe be Everton haggling over the fee thats the hitch and until we do his club will want him with them preparing for the new season.
 
John Merro isn't 'ITK', he just re-hashes stuff of Twitter and pretends it is his own info. That Tweet you quoted is just based off the interview he gave after the Belgium game(the one we have all seen). Even then he didn't say he would decide next week, he said next week he could be playing in the PL or Greek league, he could sign today or tomorrow for all we know.
 

He best turn up soon I can't possibly follow this thread, watch the same youtube videos, look at his stats on footy man and fap extremely hard any longer. Oh and I go to Reading festival soon and will lose contact from the outside world, if I do find out down there I'll run round wearing just a pair of wellies screaming his name.
