I've just received a text saying he was on SSN saying he wants to join us. Is that correct?

Interview can be seen here. He does appear to say Everton and Arsenal are both interested, but it's more important for him to play every week. He does appear to confirm - in response to the interviewers question - that he's choosing Everton.

However, English isn't his first language and he might have got mixed up.
