It all depends on what the owners and recruitment team see the vision going forward. If they still want to buy young upcoming players then Moyes isn't the right person moving forward.

Based on his current season - I am 50/50

We have seen better football and good results like United, Bournemouth and Newcastle away but both Derbies just poor and some terrible results at home v Newcastle and Brentford especially added in the poor draws.

It's the season I thought we would have with a mix of wins and a season of stability.

Moyes BIGGEST downfall has been his stubborness with formation and out of form players plus handling of the squad.

Mykolenko and O'Brien have dipped so badly that we have used Garner to cover and out-perform them yet they have continued to start and offered TWO assists between them in 62 apps.

McNeil was out the door and yet he is still starting over that £30m winger which shows up how poor Moyes is using his squad. If he is unhappy with him training, call him out.

Beto or Barry have been hung out to dry all season with terrible man management and it had effected them and us.

Gun to my head, I would go and get the best manager we can get just like we need better players but The Friedkins don't seem to want to rock the boat at Everton because it's going well compared to the mess last season.

We're lucky that the clubs coming up don't have the resources to compete because if we keep Moyes I can see us finishing in the bottom 6 next season, simply because he picks too many old players who'll be a year older and can't manage a squad. He's one of a dying breed of manager in the same bracket as Allardyce, Pulis, Dyche etc. There's a reason why none of them are in a job anymore because football has moved on and they haven't.

My take on Moyes, if he is going to be here next year and beyond he HAS TO SHOW MORE AMBITION, because with ticket prices going the way they are, fans will not tolerate this mediocre approach, west ham who have been dreadful all season have taken 4 points off us Spurs the same 6 points, (yes we are still to play them away, but i have watched Everton long enough to know that result) Wolves 1 point at home Newcastle 3 points at home Brentford 4 points.

What youth player has flourished under him this season?
why does he keep making the same mistakes week after week by playing players in wrong positions or players who simply are not good enough

His football doesn't suit the new stadium. Yeah in part with increased prices and a big lavish stadium, fans will be less tolerant of agricultural football which they mostly tolerated through the PL era at a ramshackle Goodison Park. But also the size of the pitch. It's the same size as Wembley. It's suits teams who stretch the play and can pass it about.

If you keep Moyes you have to buy established , experienced players.

Totally pointless trying to create a youthful , developing team under him.

TFG , pay yer money and make your choice.

Bet you if we shithouse wins like Atletico Madrid at BMD we won't bat an eyelid and we'll celebrate it, but it still means showing intensity and desire which we seem to lack at home currently.

Quite funny because we sound just like west ham fans here and looks where they are.

West Ham were trending downwards in his last couple of years there. Won the Conference League but had been on the verge of the sack most of that season and near the bottom of the league. A minute away from losing to Kidderminster in FA Cup which would have seen him gone. West Ham-Everton that year whoever lost was getting sacked and Lampard went after a West Ham win.

I wouldn't blame Moyes, more the way the club is run, but they aren't struggling now because Moyes went. Potter was a bad fit but Nuno has done a good job.

The intensity has to be there like against Chelsea or for 30 minutes last week. But that's not Moyes's football generally. It's more passive and sit back and counter which works better away from home.

The football doesn't have to be pretty all the time, but you have to play on the front foot and make the big pitch work for you.

Carsley+Baines...Moyes as DoF but I don't know if he'd exert too much influence because of both their former roles as players under him.
I have always thought this was the mid term plan, but after a season of Moyes my concern would ba that we would never bring in pace or the level striking talent we require.

Sound defence and midfield though

all about what TFG want

is a safe season and finishing where you did last season although with a flirtation of europe enough to keep his job?

If they let him stay for his last year how much do they give him, how much control to they give Moyes over transfers if he is gone in 12 months?

Ideally TFG make a decision either go he’s here for long term or you part ways now…
